I do feel the reason why people choose to surgically enhance their bodies is the quick and almost instant results you can get. Ever wonder why you see Victoria Beckham and many other celebs lookin’ so slim after childbirth. Some celebs have admitted to having lipo before leaving the hospital with their new baby. Basically it all gets done around the same time! Extreme right? I think so!

Although with the numerous possible side effects of blood clots, internal bleeding, infection and in some extreme cases it can be fatal, it would seem then that the only other inexpensive, guilt free way to ‘enhance’ your body is to do it the conventional way. Intense, drawn out, sweat producing exercise! Ok no, it’s not so bad! That’s for the fanatical gym freaks that get addicted to having muscle bound bodies and I’m not in this category.

Depending on the type of body enhancements you’re trying to achieve the sweat exercise busting is not actually necessary. One thing I’m sure you’ll agree with is the amazing way we can influence and change our body shapes with the right routine. You get out what you put in with this body enhancement method. It’s always worth it when you get the results you’re looking for. I always see the results and think, oh. It actually works my bum is bigger! Ha!

My only thing is working out how to remove fat from certain parts of my body, like taking excess fat off the thighs or forearms. I haven’t quite figured out how to do this yet. So I just look to at least tone until the weight loss follows. We all store excess fat in specific parts of the body. This tends to be hereditary. If you look at certain female members of your family you’ll probably notice that they have their ‘excess fat’ stored in the same place. So don’t let it bother you as it’s not always something you are or are not doing. If you are an experienced keep fit guru then you may have noticed that weight tends to come of the body in a certain order. You may find it comes of your boobs and tummy first, it actually comes of your thighs last but this will depend on how much you want to loose.

I read one of the comments about bum tightening. Yep it’s all possible if you can put in the time and effort of course. It can definitely work it’s been tried and tested. So I can vouch for this one as I’m sure other readers may also agree with?

So, for the bum, well I myself have tried many techniques. Certain exercises will automatically work and tone this area. It can take time but it does work. Either do squats which are ok if you are disciplined on a regular basis. Start of with 20 – 30 a day and add on 10 after a few days to work your way up. If you start with too many the pain in the morning will almost knock you out. So start gradual and don’t forget to stretch please!!! Before and after the squats. Sounds like work but am telling you it is worth it when you see the results and the definition showing in your thighs and new rounder, firmer, fitter bum.

The other option is every time you’re walking (even in the house) just squeeze your bum cheeks together. It sounds funny right? Well it works. At first it feels strange and difficult to do. Just hold your bum squeezed like this for as long as you can, release the hold then do it again. Every time you walk do it and eventually it will become natural you will do it automatically. You’ll see the results but only if you keep doing it. There is another way of course which is to wear the bum lift pants but it’s not quite the same as you know of course come off at the end of the day!

The reader also asked about exercise for the tightening the vagina. Many females have this issue and it is not strange at all. So much so that every year more and more women are having surgery to tighten the vagina and have Labial Reduction Surgery.

Ok, so the non-surgical option is the same as enhancing the butt! It’s all about the squeezing! You need to be contracting and releasing your pelvic floor muscles. Dr’s tend to recommend this exercise to new and recent mothers. Although don’t do the two exercises together please oh! It’s too confusing and the effort it takes will cause you to give up. I did the bum one for about a two months and I noticed the difference so it was easy for me to continue with it.

    Thanks for coming back to this topic with in-depth info. I will try the Bum exercise and see if it really works since this is not the first time I am hearing it.  My man says I have a perfect BUM though, so hope this exercise will not cause any damage but if anything make it more perfectoooo
